I am an actress and I recently got the part of Ophelia. But it's one of those playing with plays. I performed on December 2nd and am trying out for Juliet in Romeo and Juliet. This is also a playing with plays version. Do you think playing with plays gets through to everybody the real art of Shakespeare?
I also write plays and movies for my class to see. When I went to my library I asked if they had any Shakespeare books and they said no. I then asked if they had any plays. They said no. It says on the wall that they have them, but they don't. I was bummed and decided that I was going to buy books for them that are plays and Shakespeare. What do you think?
I was memorizing my lines yesterday at school and then some bully came up and ripped the script right out of my hands! I asked him to give it back but he ran away with it! How should I get it back?
